In the case of items like bars, tubes, and profiles, their particular shape makes it difficult to ensure uniform cooling across the entire surface. This challenge is particularly evident in sectors where precision and thermal efficiency are crucial, such as in the production of metal and plastic components. Temperature control is essential to maintain the physical and mechanical properties of the materials, avoiding unwanted deformations and ensuring the quality of the final product. Without an adequate cooling system, products risk exhibiting structural defects that can compromise their functionality and durability. AIREKA has developed an application designed to create an annular emission of cold air through the combined use of a cooler mounted on a plastic disc with a calibrated slot.
